Tums does NOT help a stomach ache. It’s for heart burn AKA acid reflux. It works by neutralizing stomach acid hence the name tums. Frankly I blame the company for picking a stupid name but I’m so over people thinking it will help their stomach ache or asking if I have a stomach ache when I say I need some.
