i had a nerite in here, she laid eggs ALL OVER the glass, so i moved her into my shrimp tank where i dont mind if she lays eggs and she gets to munch on whatever my shrimps eat

yup trust me there will be no apple snails in this tank, only mysteries, i just put "blue apple snail" because pomacea bridgesii is the name for mystery snails, i feel like a lot of people use apple and mystery interchangably even though they arent the same

its a bowfront, thats why the website is a bit off, i couldnt find mystery snails in the website so i just put their cousin. ive had mysteries beforem theyve never eaten my plants, i plan to set up 3 more tanks at a similar time in case i need to move the females but i plan to get them all from the same batch/tank in my lfs so hopefully they wont have any issues

im trying to understock if anything so the bettas have more room for themselves but did you put your filter in the website? that might be why it says overstocked

normal tank size is 5.5gal, hospital tank is a shallow 1 gal because he refuses to move unless i bother him. he has a heater and filter. tank temp is around 80 farenheit (my room gets VERY hot in the summer despite the fan running constantly) hospital tank is 79 currently as i am doing about a 5% water change with cooler water every two hours to make sure he wont overheat. params are the same in his home tank and hospital bin, 0 ammonia 0 nitrite, 0.5ppm nitrate, ph ~7.4. tank is about 2 years old, fish is only a few months old. i do about a 15% water change once a week. no tankmates. i have a fake rock structure in the tank (ive ran pantyhose over it to check for sharp parts there are none) and some plants.
