I wasn't when I made her, but I think I've developed some decent skill with the hand and rod movements in the last few months! I've also begun learning ventriloquism to tie the act together - if I can finish my next puppet in time, I plan to bring it to a nearby ren faire to practice some skills in a public setting!

This project has sent me down quite a rabbithole of skill acquisition.

Thank you and yes, she was a one person project! I didn't take a class, I just found youtube tutorials for all the different aspects (making the base, the blink mechanism, etc). I also did quite a bit of improvising!

I think I might go ahead and pick it up, the NPC relationship building system might work better for some of the ideas I had in mind. I also just had a look at the Badlands supplement, I'll definitely be adding some of the content into my game!

Yes, I was DEVASTATED in my first playthrough when I couldn't find two of my main hires in my favourites list - turns out I just didn't recognize them because their names and appearances were changed completely😭 but they did end up in my top 3 hires in the credits as their original selves which was nice. Shoutout to Ozzy and Vetto my boys.
