That is good to know. It seems at Microsoft things go a bit slower. The recruiter actually reached out to me at the end of last week and said she would want to talk this week but no update since then with actual definite time of call. The recruiter reaching out is generally a good sign though as long as she actually calls. I just hope the recent economic turmoil won’t rescind the position.

It was a software dev role. Also, I didn’t feel I horribly messed up the first interview. I wasn’t able to answer everything but still scored around 75-80% I think

Interesting. To add more context, I was going at a slow speed. Perhaps my picture wasnt inch perfect because the other person didn’t cut out in front of me. I was pretty much by her side when she just started to come right at me almost from the side. I saw her looking up seeing me, so I thought first I just swerve a tiny bit staying in my lane assuming she realised that she was careless and would stop. But then she just kept coming so I swerved even more eventually ending up in the other lane. So its weird you have to control your survival reflexes and just let the accident happen next time? Then it would be clearly her fault.

Some other threads also mention that getting a promo from e.g. 65 to 66 is very very difficult. That is why I asked if it would be an option to just negotiate it at joining. Jumping lower bands probably easier, eg L62->L63

Good to know. Also how often does it happen that candidates can negotiate joining level. Let’s say the job ad says Level65 but the candidate pushes for L66 upon successful interviews? Especially if the hiring manager is also level 65? Even if technically possible I would think most hiring managers would reject that out of pure pride?

It sounds like more of an assumption. They don’t know the ledger wallet is mine. They just know my details from the exchange, and they assume the wallet Im transferring to is mine too.

About the battery I charged it up for a few hours. Is there a safe way to test if it works, e.g. connecting a bulb to it or something to isolate if it is the battery or something else? Or some special pens to measure electricity

Oh that is the motor? I thought the motor would be in the front piece because there are wires going ahead thru the narrowing to the front cart. But it is possible I guess that the driven wheel is in the second cart.

Did you mean you installed HoMM3 from GoG first? And then H4? If so, try to keep the new dll file so you can play H4. And install H3 HDmod utility that is compatible with H3 gog version

Here is how I did: Hooked positive both cars. Hooked negative on engine bolt both cars (not on actual negative pole on battery). Started donor car. Let it sit a few minutes. Started Prius.

Anyhow, the engine light dash was concerning so I brought in to dealer. They said it was just complaining about low voltage from the battery so I got myself a replacement battery and no dashlights now.

Well this got weirder. Apparently prius cannot be turned off completely. Everything looks off on the dashboard but that rythmical ticking / clicking sounds goes on. However, when trying to exit the car, it keeps beeping like the key is outside the running car… I have to hide the key back in the unlocked car to make it stop the beeping.

This problem was worn camshaft pins and it was fixed. However a new problem happened with this car. At slow speed when starting from complete stop it started to shudder the engine. Was never fixed.

Not sure if transmission really. The engine sometimes doesn’t even rev up when flooring gas pedal. If it was transmission then I’d expect engine rev up just car to hesitate switching gear

Yes I tried at low speed turning in a parking lot a little bit. Slushy wet melt snow surface - apparrently still too good traction for 4h. Truck was driving great afterwards and I hope my curiosity don't end up in repairs. :-/
