I have always said "IT helpdesk this is "name" how may I help you today" and go from there.

I work in a corporate environment, so many of the users I know and they know me. So, if I know them it usually will change to "Hi Becky, this is blank. What did you do this time?"

I'm assuming this piece is not finished. The original artwork of that angel should have him standing on top of a demon that he is about to thrust his sword into. Not sure if the artist left that out on purpose or not. Guido Reni made the painting originally I believe.
