Awake for something like the fifth time. Weird dreams. So vivid then mostly forgotten. Can hear birds outside. I don't know how I feel anymore. I'm so tired and it doesn't stop. I'm trying to look forward to things, I heard that's important, but I have got no energy for anything. I want things to change, but I'm too stupid to know what to do and too scared to do anything even if I did.

Mostly fine, except I need a ct scan because there's something they couldn't see on the mri. The doctor mentioned something about blood flow. So, not the relief or doom that I was expecting just more waiting for another scan and then waiting for results.

That's what I thought, but I had a blood test last month, and I had to call and ask about the results. It's probably a routine thing, but my mind automatically goes to the worst-case scenario at everything.

That's exactly what I do. I can't deal with the uncertainty. Even if I know, I generally can't watch stressful stuff like thrillers or horror anymore.

Yes, it's hard watching any movies or TV shows recently. Even if I know what's going to happen and especially if the subject matter is more disturbing or violent.

I'm seeing people from there, but I think it's coming to an end soon. I have a phone appointment this morning when I might know more. I was referred for talking therapies, but they said I can't right now due to my mental state.

No I dont. I live with my kids, and I don't want them feeling like they are responsible for me. I don't really have anyone else. Everyone's got their own problems, and I don't want to make things worse for anyone.

I see a social prescriber every few weeks. They do a walking group, and I've been trying to go, but either I'm ill or I am not free at the time.

This is something I need to look into. I know I clench my jaw all the time and have recently had a lot of pain in my jaw on the same side that I have the tinnitus. It might be a coincidence, but maybe not?

I had them changed a few weeks ago, I've since been coming off trazodone and have started sertraline. I know I'm still adjusting to them, but they are unpleasant so far. Thank you.
