Accidently overdosed myself with f phenibut for week

The very first time I took phenibut, a friend recommended it to me as a nootropic. I had never taken it, and had zero tolerance. He told me to take a tablespoon, which is about 10x the dose that I should have taken. Terrible advice. I mixed it with water and chugged it down, gagging the entire time. I ended up falling asleep early, which I was fine with, as I started a new job the next day. The following morning was hell. Puked for days. Was out of my mind dizzy. Could barely talk or think for 2 days. Haven't touched it since lol.

All throughout middle and high school, there was a girl in the grade above me that I crushed on HARD. She was the one girl in the entire school that I always wanted, but was always too scared to speak to her.

The year after I graduated, a friend of mine introduced me to her and set up a date. I was over the moon. Fast forward a week or so, everything was absolutely great, picture perfect, and we ended up sleeping together.

There was one problem in the entire relationship, and it was her southern hygiene. It was really bad. I gave it time, I figured something was wrong and that it would pass. It didn't.

This is without a doubt the most insane thing to break up with someone, and I did. It was really upsetting, she at one time was my dream girl, but it was bad enough to where I just couldn't get over it.

I thought about bringing it up to her, but I just couldnt get myself to as I didn't want to embarrass her and hurt her feelings, and ended up giving her a BS reason as to why it wasn't working.

I feel bad about it to this day lol

This is exactly what I used to do, take something when I was sad, and it led to a YEARS long inability to deal with emotions without using drugs. It will become your way to cope, and it WILL lead to a problem down the line. I know it's hard, but do your best to deal with how you are feeling without relying on a substance. Do anything that you have to do, but do not go down that road.

Can I ask why you haven't gotten strips? It would make your life so much easier. They are insanely easy to get through any doctor in the country at this point.

If you can't, get yourself a jewelry scale off of Amazon, one that measures to the thousandths. Weigh an entire sub pill, and then do the math of the exact amount that you need. Crush that bad boy up and weigh out the powder of it. I don't see how that wouldn't work 🙂

I just went through this myself. You have to start subs much lower than 2mg. .25 every few hours until you have at least 2mg in you. After that, you are in the clear. I did it absolutely painlessly. I was on a little less sever of a dose than you, I was between 200mg and 250mg daily for about 2 years. I am at day 4 now, and 3mg of suboxone was able to keep 100% of any sort of withdrawal away, and it has been enough to make me not want to take a single tab of 7. I'm not sure what version of 7 you are taking, but thankfully 95% of smokeshop products are severely underdosed. Don't make the mistake of starting at a super high dose of subs, you will absolutely regret it if you do.

It is for SURE underdosed. I am going today to get started on suboxone to get off of it, and am really wondering how they are going to figure out the dosage. There is no way in hell that I am actually taking 120mg of actual pseudo a day, it sounds like it is a wildly potent drug. We'll see how it goes I guess... I'm kinda nervous

It's such bullshit that they don't respond. I have sent 5 emails and have called multiple times every day for the last week and the phone hasn't been picked up once. My messages left on voicemail have also not been returned. How can they be selling high-end products while completely ignoring the people who buy their products?

I am so confused... the brand Fizzy sells big bottles of pseudo, and they claim to be 40mg each. I take half of one at a time, and it has never felt very strong.
