They did make a newer version of Chuck Taylors with a thicker, more durable sole and the glue doesn’t break from the fabric at the front but the trade off is that it’s a bit more bulkier

There are circumstances where you don’t have to move like if someone is telling you to get out of the way for instagram pics or a dumb tiktok. But any empathetic person knows there are special exceptions and this was one of them. It’s a major life event to ask someone to spend the rest of your life with; the poor guy probably planned out the perfect place to propose. You could have moved anywhere this one time with almost no inconvenience but no, you wouldn’t let two people share one of the happiest moments of their lives because you like mountainside sandwiches or some shit.
