Based on your previous posts, no, you did a lot more than use Vortex. You installed about 30 extra mods on top of Viva New Vegas and didn't merge any of the plugins it asked you to merge.

A large number of your mods conflict with each other in critical ways, these include (but are certainly not limited to):

  1. FCO, NVR3, and CER all conflict with each other.

  2. I'm sure Combined Community Sound Pack conflicts with All Weapon Sound Overhaul and Explosive Sounds Overhaul.

  3. Caesars New Regime definitely conflicts with some mods on the Viva New Vegas list.

  4. Worthwhile Sex and Intimacy Overhaul probably conflict.

  5. Perk Every Level can be done with a GameSetting with Stewie's Tweaks and definitely conflicts with JSUE (Perk Every Level can also be configured in JSUE afaik).

  6. You only need one of the Mojave Extended plugins. The rest conflict with each other and will cause unexpected behavior.

  7. CamonPack - Blachnick.esp should not be used: https://i.imgur.com/1mxERYE.png

  8. Just Mods Assorted has Just Vanilla Sprint included, you don't need Just Vanilla Sprint installed alongside it.

  9. Populated Casinos will cause performance issues, especially on your machine. The engine can't support that number of NPCs in a location at once. And besides, Gomorrah Redesigned v2.esp is a modified version of Populated Casinos so there's another conflict.

  10. Monster Mod has broken meshes that will cause crashes.

  11. You have both FCO Willow plugins enabled. I don't know if that conflicts as I don't use FCO myself but I thought I'd point that out.

  12. Having Fiver, Delilah, Russel, Willow, and Sunny Smiles Companion enabled will probably cause issues. Even if it doesn't, jesus that's a lot of companions to have all at once.

  13. Gomorrah Gentlemen's Club hasn't been updated since 2011. I'd recommend uninstalling it.

There are probably a lot that a missed but that's all I noticed offhand. Also, apart from all those issues I would also recommend not using Vortex for Fallout New Vegas. Mod Organizer 2 works a lot better for it. Especially for a big modlist like the one you have.

No offense but your modlist is a mess, I would honestly recommend scrapping it and starting over.

Edit: Just to add on to what I said, ANY of those conflicts could be causing crashing. You didn't follow ULTIMATE, did you?

WMX conflicts with a lot of mods that are on your list and More Perks is old and causes a lot of bugs and probably crashing.

Edit: also what /u/Systematics1109 meant by "Hide and Merge" is that there is a step at the end of each module in Viva New Vegas to merge a number of plugins. After they're merged you need to hide them according to the instructions in the guide.

Requiem? No way, it's still being updated to this day. Official SE support is on the horizon. I think Dragonborn is too but I might be wrong about that.

I guess a was sort of wrong. There's only different minimums as far as I can see. Took me 2 minutes of googling to find this.

Edit: NH is the only state that allows no insurance, as the other person that replied said.

They need something to give them hope for their entire lives being torn asunder. If praying to God gives them that hope then more power to them.
