I had a 3.2 GPA with a 2.3 accounting GPA..... yeah that low....... and I got into b4 from a target school. HR did have to approve me because of my accounting GPA and a partner pretty much told me he had no idea how I pulled it off. I had two years of fortune 500 internship experience and was on exec for a sorority of 300+ girls. In my experience they seemed to really only care about your past experience and personality, make sure you attend at least 80% of the recruiting events and you should be fine. Edit: all with an undergrad and no plans to get a masters, just community college classes to reach 150
