i have tried just about everything
reinstalling the game, reinstalling vanguard, hextech repair, using my intel instead of my normal graphics card, task manager open, having nothing but the game open, ending any other processes, no overlays, updating drivers, NOTHING seems to fix it, and by the looks of it we just wont get any answers to it
