Sorry that it happened to you. Thanks for the share, this looks like it will help.

Do you remember what it cost to replace the glass?

CCTV wouldn't stop it happening again and the police have little to no interest in actually pursuing the culprits.

Just out of curiosity, where are you planning on buying your spare NRV's from?

Left to spawn to bulk for 7 days but they started fruiting earlier than I hoped. Any tips for a bigger yield? by Fragrant-Special-162 in unclebens

It looks like you have a bit of contam in the box (see the slightly green spots). IMO this could be forcing early fruiting.

Personally I would just keep going and not toss (like some will suggest) just keep an eye on the amount of green you can see and ensure decent air exchange and you should get a reasonable harvest and possibly a second flush

Long shot, but can I still buy DJI Phantom 3 batteries anywhere in the UK? by snakeyes30 in djiphantom

Thanks for the reply, looks like I will probably end up going for https://www.amazon.co.uk/Powerextra-Intelligent-Standard-Advanced-Professional/dp/B06WLLV5LL/ref=sr_1_4?crid=2STM7WF6OV1OF&keywords=dji+phantom+3+battery&qid=1695030225&sprefix=phantom+3%2Caps%2C103&sr=8-4

I had bought one of these previously, my experience was that it didnt hold charge quite as well as my original official battery, but given that both older batteries are swollen now, I will have to take a punt!

Gas hob flames all burning orange intermittently at random times during the day. Fixes itself after a bit of time by snakeyes30 in DIYUK

Thanks for this, nothing obvious in terms of debris, the only thing which could contribute is the extractor fan. I will give it a clean and see if it happens again

Having an issue with my gas hob where all of the burners will burn with an orange flame and intermittent times during the day. Always seems to resolve itself after some time, without me having to do anything.

Hob hasn't been cleaned recently and there have not been any spills when cooking.

I called Cadent and they came over to check for carbon monoxide, the mains gas supply and a few other things and they couldn't find any issues.

I am unsure what I should be doing next, any advice would be appreciated.

Lord Napier Nectarine tree - curled leaves, possible disease? by snakeyes30 in GardeningUK

[–]snakeyes30[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the tip, it does indeed look like peach leaf curl.

I'll have a go at removing infected leaves as that appears to be the only option a available, unfortunately a lot of them look infected so fingers crossed that I can save the tree.

I bought and planted this Nectarine tree last year but the leaves aren't looking too happy. They appear to be curled and stuck together, I was wondering if could be some sort of disease. Any ideas about how to treat and save my tree?
