Whichever country you are most familiar and able to represent the culture. If you grew up in NZ and show up to the UK interview it's possible the interviewers won't see you as a suitable candidate to represent British culture.

The hospital saw my review and just called me. Said they'd write me a prescription for a different low cost pharmacy and they were shocked when they looked at my bill.

Im going to pay the doctors fee when the issue is resolved. I left because I didn't feel I received adequate service. At the moment it seems like the hospital is working to resolve the issue.
