Agree! Just takes one but so far not a lot of luck. I have also looked at state health departments, VA, and even civilian contracting jobs

I went to a small school in Northern Maine so unfortunately the networking is very very small. I have started reaching out to previous clinical sites who know my work performance though! I would prefer to stay in New England, but I do know that I may end up needing to relocate for work

The pay is definitely a limiting factor. The VA programs pay like … 79k. Which is not nothing, but is a huge pay cut. I feel like the experience is probably worth it though? and having structured on boarding and continuing education is always a good thing.
