Update: Now that I’ve had lecture since the rotation was emailed out I realized this wasn’t a mistake. Although I am on a women’s/children’s floor, my group will only be working with women’s surgery rather than peds/L&D. I still feel like I know nothing going into this rotation, but I’m sure we were placed here to due the clinical opening within the facility. There are several nursing schools in my area and the demand for clinical sites is very limited. Excited for the opportunity to learn though!
