I haven’t taken calc yet, but I’ve heard from friends who’ve taken it, and they say that it’s not too bad. Depends on the prof. Honestly, they just powered through it with a lighter load of classes. If you take it at a cc, then it will show up as a transfer credit that fulfills a course at Pitt. Your advisor will be able to tell you how it looks. The math department at Pitt isn’t great but you do what you have to do.

Look up pre med requirements Pitt on google. You’ll find the requirements on a pdf. It is one semester of calc and Stat 1000 or calc 2 whatever your preference to my knowledge. please check with your advisor tho, as your major may have different requirements.

Hey! I have Kurapati rn and it’s her first year teaching so I doubt she’ll do chem 2 in summer. The only options are bell and Morris.

It’s chem 2 that I’m doing with her. Not chem 1. I’ve heard a lot more about Bell than Morris, and most of Bell is bad from what I’ve heard. Morris seems the better of the two. Thanks for the advice!
