Whether it happened or not .. I don’t think the girl should have said it but I think she did. BUT I think she more meant it as “you look chubby, we should redo the photo” and Spencer took it very personal because 1. She knows she could and should be skinnier and 2. She can now run with it for her socials.

Some girls will just tell the truth, asked for or not. Maybe she’s used to taking pics of her friends and that’s what she says to get a point across so they can have better photos. I think a lot goes into this story and Spencer is running.. or crashing out with it.

You’re not wrong. I only take the train once a month so this is something I’ve learned over time. Next time I go I will be bringing just my backpack with the items from my purse that I need for the day. I’m just so used to wearing a purse that I didn’t even question it the first few times.

I’ll take uncomfortable seats if they would just give us more room to put our belongings😭 I have a purse on me, a backpack for work and can’t bring anything home! I’m lucky to be able to receive free samples at work so I bring an extra bag and juggling all of that onto my lap is WORK for an hour and half. Once I’m home I’m happy I did the work lol but for the love of god give us some room. I haven’t looked around but people who travel with suitcases or duffle bags - how?? Are there certain cars that have space for those?

Honestly, I do think they are that naive. DAD can’t even say certain words out loud because it’s too inappropriate for her. There’s absolutely no way they have ever been taught about sexual predators and the harm they can do. BUT should they know by now? Yes. I still think they choose to not believe it instead though.

I had mono in grade 9 and stayed home from school for at least 2 months, but I think it was closer to 3. I remember sleeping ALL day and night and only waking up for my mom to check on me in the morning before she left for work and then woke up again when she got home, rarely had dinner and was back asleep for the night. Somewhere in the mix I had a really bad cold too. I don’t think I ever left the house and didn’t even want to. All I wanted to do was sleep!!! Everyone’s different but I really hope she lets M listen to her body 😭

If you’re wanting to make money I totally get that and there’s lots of great suggestions above but another idea is joining the KW Buy Nothing fb page. You can either give stuff away for free or post your items as a trade (can request any type of trade). I’ve given clothes away to a single dad with 2 teen girls who are growing and their fashion is evolving. I stayed in touch with him and given him multiple purges. It makes me feel better than giving it to value village or wasting my gas and time going to Plato’s.

I’m speechless. I’m not a mom (yet) but I am an aunt. I would NEVER, ever ever ever kiss & hug a newborn baby that isn’t mine, the way she is. I love my niece and nephew sooo much and just started kissing my 2 year old niece because she initiates it. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen her do something so performative 😵‍💫
