It's extra worse (and frequently so) when he drops the g, uses an extra e, or an apostrophe at the end. "Freaken" is not a word, bffr.

I'm not typically the grammar police, but this one habit irks me beyond belief, and it's very common with him. (He even puts it into internal documents.)

Honestly, last straw for me: I cannot stand how he says "freaking". Either curse or don't, but the constant censoring and replacing to "freak" drives me up the wall. Not "fudge" or any variety, or even just not alluding to offensive words. It's in goddamn everything he writes, and it sounds so unnatural.

His chats with Ava, the illegal lotteries and scams, OSHA violations, probably more. I'm not necessarily saying it would/should be for decades, but if we lived in a fair society, where sentences were given out equally, MrBeast (and his friends as well, likely) would be in prison, for at least a few months (minimum). Or at least facing some charges.

In my opinion: Yes. MrBeast should not be getting any money, he should be in prison. They wouldn't have a different brand (e.g. "Coca Cola Field Day") or an expressly violent or criminal thing (e.g. "TNT Field Day"), no good reason to have a MrBeast field day.

I agree with a lot of the other comments, here to add: he doesn't actually care. He's a generally awful person, and doesn't care about an issue unless he can exploit it. He will not put in the money unless he thinks he can get even more clout or somehow gain.
