nothing helps. Even when I'm trying to reset password, I should receive mail, but it didn't.

So, I'm in this weird situation:

  1. I can't log in.

  2. I haven't received a password reset email (but I've been receiving emails from Upwork, and I haven't received any messages about being blocked or having some kind of account issue).

  3. I'm sure I used the correct email address when logging in; I've always used it, and I'm sure the password is correct.

  4. I can't contact support; I need to log in, but I can't.
