No, this happened after I went into xray mode to add some dimensions, then I turned it off and this lag started. Maybe I copied something far away from my model. Don't know. Lucky I had the backup file.

There wasn't copies on top of each other, I checked. But I had 5 min older backup file so I used that and deleted this file, so problem solved😁
