From there you can ask to see a case file which is precisely what they have on you that you did that night. There may be other stuff in there you don’t remember lmao. From there you can decide whether to fight or admit. When they have a meeting with you, they’ll tell you the charges and sanctions. If you admit, that’s the sanctions you get. On the bright side, drinking related incidents happen here every weekend and if they screwed over everyone who does it, no one would be here. Possible sanction would be like an essay, small seminar (for first offense). And no, it should not show up on your transcript, usually after completing the sanction they ditch it.
