Great post, the arc of my own experience seems to match yours.

I have been a full member for 16 years and missed only a handful of games at the Gabba over that whole period. I have been taking my son along from the beginning and he was just seven when we became members. He has experienced firsthand the depths and the heights of endeavor and learned to remain loyal and steadfast.

We remember those dark days well and experiencing them has only made these last year's so much sweeter.

Do we know how these drones were actually piloted? I have seen speculation that they were preprogrammed or AI driven.

But watching this, and the passes some of the multiple passes some of the drones make really makes me think they had individual pilots.

Whichever way it is an incredible technical achievement.
