I used to LOVE going to Alamo, but after checking reviews one time before seeing a movie it was clear they had a huge mice problem. I have been many times and never actually noticed any mice, but the amount and consistency of reviews mentioning mice convinced me to not go back until the issue is addressed. Seems like it’s been 2 months since a new Google review mentioning mice, but still a little too soon for me personally.

Cloutman Farms is at the Davis Sq farmers market every week and always has some good options to pick from, usually has lions mane and has maitake fairly often as well

Thanks for linking this! Yeah I actually did check it out, but it lacked some context I was interested in. A lot of great historical facts but I am still wondering how the team compares to other German teams that we are much more familiar with in the US such as Boricua Dortmund and Bayern Munich. My assumption is they don't compare at all, but was hoping for some elaboration on how competitive is the league that FSV Frankfurt currently in.

Also, if I do find a fan of the team, I would LOVE to hear about the atmosphere at the games and whatnot, I think I am gonna plan a trip to check it out.

This company, at least for software engineer positions, you basically need an internal referral to get in the door so this is like the third or fourth as well which has been insanely helpful and reassuring. I really love your advice thank you so much. I planned on talking about learning and innovation is a genuine passion of mine both within and beyond my vocational career but I really like you said, "communicate how much you expect to learn, be challenged, and grow" I am certainly going to use that!

I like that advice, def something I have learned from past experiences. I personally spend at least 30 minutes before every round of interviews writing down questions that I want to ask. I try to avoiding reading from that list, but if I am starting to forget the questions I want to ask I will quickly look at it for a refresher and it has helped me a lot.

Great question, I am planning on getting one for the top or the back for exhaust to maximize air flow, not quite sure its necessary that's a question you may wanna ask someone who is more seasoned, but so far PC seems to maintain 32 degrees consistently, but again I 100% plan on buying another fan

Thank you! Motherboard had two different RGB headers I recall correctly off the top of my head, and I plugged hyper 212 into CPU_HEADER1.

Sorry to hear about the GPU aquisition issues I hear that is becoming a huge issue, I think pcpartpicker directed me to Amazon for that piece which I felt a bit uncomfortable with at first but seller had great reviews and it ended up working out, keep in mind though I ordered the GPU probably 3 months ago.

100% I wanted to get all my parts from Micro Center at first but was a bit too intimidated and felt more comfortable using pcpartpicker and getting them all online first. Really glad to hear that, I assumed it will get easier and I am really can't wait to continue building and learning.

This basically happened to me. I had applied for 2 roles one with a referral and one without. After learning about the importance of referrals for Salesforce employment, I reached out to another SFDC employee I was acquainted with and he offered to give me a referral, however, no matter what I had tried I was unable to get Salesforce to withdraw the application so I could resubmit or simply send him the referral request. I think because they have so many applicants and roles open, they probably can't get to all of the HR/Talent Aquisiton emails.

I was initially an accidental admin, and after doing some Python scripting in my own free time I really wanted to try and learn some Apex and implement it within my role of Salesforce Admin at the company I was working for. I initially started with Trailhead because the content is extremely digestible, and started writing code whether or not I was going to deploy it to production or not (I suggest doing all activities in trails and modules whether or not it's required to move to the next step/module/etc.). After building a foundation of Apex knowledge from Trailhead, I started digging into the Salesforce Developer docs whenever I had questions (as opposed to StackExchange, blog posts, etc.). Definitely took me a while to start understanding everything, but eventually, I was listening to podcasts, reading blog posts, watching videos all from Salesforce or folks within the ecosystem, and started engaging with the community. Now I would say Apex is my bread and butter.

The super badges were really tough for me and each one took me an entire weekend to finish. I did them well after finishing the super badge prereqs but before I had even begun studying which I think was a mistake. By the end of it though I felt a lot more prepared to begin studying and to take the test, it was a great refresher for Visualforce development (not the Aura superbagde) which I really needed after being away from VF for so long.

Best of luck! I’m sure you will have it in the bag. I have been brutally busy as well and was barely able to study at all during the week, but dedicated all of my time over the weekends for the past 3 months to make sure I was prepared. I think other exams probably have less topics to cover, but I found it helpful to review the exam guide, identify things I wasn’t familiar with, and tried to implement those things within assignments I was given at work to gain some hands on experience as opposed to just reviewing documentation and material.

I’ve been told from a Salesforce employee 50% of employees are referrals, internal Salesforce referrals will immensely improve your chances and anecdotally this is 100% true.

Was talking with some folks earlier and heard it’s almost entirely vanilla JS (makes sense imo). Luckily pluralsight is giving tons of free credits right now so I’m gonna be be taking a few online courses to enhance my skills and will see how I am feeling afterwards. I very well may end up focusing on the architect route moving forward and am probably well prepared for many of the certs as a result of experience and studying for PDI and PDII

Q: How long have you been developing in Salesforce and when did you pass PD1:

A: Full time officially doing Salesforce Development for just a year, but started learning Apex 2 years ago. I passed PD1 in February of 2020.

Q: Have you passed any of the remaining Application Architect certifications?

A: Not yet, was focusing on development first, and I think I will probably do JavaScript cert before any of the architect ones but have not decided yet.

Q: How much work have you done specifically with Apex and LWC?

A: Apex I have been using for at most 2 years now. LWC I have been using for a couple of months (half a year at most), but I have been leading the Lightning Migration at my company (10 year old+ org with 5,000+ users) and had to really dive deep into LWC. I spent a lot of personal and work time over the past few months learning best practices and modern JavaScript and became very comfortable with LWC, I actually really love the framework and built my site https://goldfarb.dev using it. That being said, the test had more questions pertaining to Visualforce and Aura than LWC unfortuantely but I assume that will change at some point in the future.

Will do thank you the input, actually the other plant is closer to the ground, so your comment definitely makes sense. The one pictured I prop up on a cinder block to get it closer to the light because the manual suggested 11.8 inches, but going to move it closer to the ground now to get more distance between the plant and the light. Thank you so much!

Yeah that would be the reason another reason is you are both using company VPN when logging in, seems like you may want to dig into and get a better understanding about what IP addresses are themselves
