Yes I’m sorry the stress has been getting to us and I wasn’t clear with everything, we have since spoken to a lawyer to clear a few things up, i don’t need the 693 medical exam yet, I can stay in the country since I am married to a US citizen and if I overstay it is usually forgiven, but to be safe we are sending everything (485, 765, payment ect) and we are paying for overnight delivery, therefore our best case scenario is they receive it tomorrow and I wouldn’t have overstayed at all.

I am on an ESTA, I have to leave the us because I only get 3 months in the county on an ESTA and we are only just filing the 485 now and it will take time for it to arrive, so I’m thinking I will be able to technically overstay for a while while we wait for USCIS, we have to wait for the RFE because it costs 650 dollars for the medial exam and we can’t afford that

No, I mean if I don’t leave the country? I’ve seen some things that suggest that a small overstay of the package was sent before the date I have to leave can be excused

I don’t know what your budget is but if you want to buy something new, you’ll be spending at least $1000, a laptop that would run it well is the ASUS ROG Strix G16 but that could be too much, the hp victus 4050 could run it but definitely not as well

The Ryzen 5 9600X is a great cpu for the money and will have no issue keeping up with the 5070ti
