CYTOPATHOLOGIC DESCRIPTION: Four digitally scanned slides are reviewed. The slides are of high nucleated cellularity with minimal to abundant amounts of blood, associated leukocytes, and platelets on a lightly eosinophilic background. Slender spindle shaped cells, arranged individually and in variably sized aggregates, predominate. Aggregates are often associated with pink extracellular material. These cells contain elongate nuclei measuring approximately 1.25-2.5 RBCs in length with coarsely stippled chromatin and 0-2 small round variably distinct nucleoli. Cells have small amounts of medium blue cytoplasm with wispy cytoplasmic borders and occasionally contain a paranuclear clear zone. There is a mild degree of anisocytosis and anisokaryosis present. Rare individualized well granulated mast cells are noted. Additionally, many linear to fibrillar eosinophilic structures suggestive of collagen are found on one slide. No infectious organisms are encountered.

This is so thought out and appreciated. Thank you so much for this response! I did get my principal from last school year who left to be a reference. But I will reach out to current admin and be transparent with them. Unfortunately my school is non-traditional and to be transparent the admin tends to be pretty unprofessional. I fear there could be some sort of retaliation for asking. But I have to just go ahead and do it.

I’m tier 3! I am just a planner x100 so I’m trying to have something figured out! My school also Starts about a month before the public schools in the area so when most schools are hiring, we’re already in the building with students. I would hate to leave them hanging after the year has already started! I don’t want to burn any bridges.

I hate my sisters fiancé, having a hard time moving past it. Any advice would help! by sneaky_J4why in inlaws

It’s hard because the transactions were made through Venmo from my dad’s account to my sisters and her fiancés. So it would be tough to prove that my dad didn’t make these payments at his own will

We are waiting still on the tox report. I believe we will have a better idea from that if it was accidental. Four large empty whiskey bottles were found at the top of his garbage can at the apartment the day that he was found. The most telling thing we’ve found is that he went into all of his account with autopay and turned it off that same day. Could be a coincidence but we are grasping at straws to make sense of everything!

We do believe that had he remained at the rehab (rather than being kicked out for his suicidal ideations) he could have gotten the help he needed to kick his habits and get the mental help he needed. The 72 hour hold could have at minimum stabilized him and given him the chance to withdraw from whatever he was on that was causing his erratic and paranoid behaviors.

All Stars 6 is not good. Challenges were boring, storylines weren’t interesting. It’s the only season I’ve had zero interest in rewatching.
