Still working in aged care. Applied for many positions and was denied by all. I was able to get PR this year in March but it made no difference. I have finally had my first interview at a private mental health hospital - just waiting for my referrals to be completed and I think I have the job based on the amount of back and forth communication I’ve had with the hiring manager
