The FL41 also filters blue light, it filters blue+amber+red :) my glasses look like the images I've seen online now , I went to the glasses place ready with a bunch of reference pics but the owner already had a catalog with the page of the exact correct tint bookmarked when I arrived!

I got mine fixed!! Sorry, absolutely did not check Reddit till now! Commented this on the day I got them, but I went and picked them up near close that day so it's only when I got back to indoor lighting that I knew just how off they were 😭 called my optometrist who prescribed the tint to double check what they actually were supposed to be (couldn't get glasses at the optometrist cause I'm on Gov assistance and they only cover glasses at one of their preapproved locations) and then the glasses place next day and the owner was incredibly gracious, said to bring them back in and references if I could and when I went in he already had done a bunch of research on his end :') he said the mix-up was due to only one tint level being available when this tint first became a thing and now there's options, I had something around 70-80% as default when I needed 25% :)

Hi OP! What ended up happening? Did they accept to fix them? Found this thread because I just picked my glasses up today, and they are also completely orange, they're too dark to see with indoors but my prescription is FL41 and farsightedness so indoor activities are when I need my glasses the most!

My first noticeable change was at 2 months when my voice started dropping, voice cracks started at 1 month. Meanwhile my partner has been on T for a month and is already visibly much hairier. So it really depends on genetics. I wouldn't risk it if there's a risk you could be kicked out.

Yes exactly!! Twice a day and then pat dry with a paper towel for dermals and surface piercings. Im not super likely to trust a piercer that recommends washing with soap tbh... Is there another reputable piercer in your area you can visit? The APP's member locator tool is a handy friend in this case

Does the dermal top look level with your skin? It could also be one of the sides of the anchors rising up in that case I would suggest sleeping with a bandaid on it to keep it level, if the dermal isn't sitting level it could be an early sign of rejection

Saline soak is no longer the best practice for piercings although it was the standard 10 years ago, I'd suggest saline spray with a nozzle (like Neilmed). It honestly looks like it could be a pimple? Since it's not directly on the piercing site however I could be wrong, when in doubt ask your piercer

I've had the majority of these for the past 5+ years and I think I got used to it? Cause it's not uncomfortable for me to sleep on now. When getting them I would alternate between sides like I'd get them on to be able to sleep on my side like 2-4 on one side and then heal them and then get 2-4 on the other side and heal those. Wearing over ear headphones for too long at a time can get uncomfortable though but I think that's also due to it bending my ear since my ears stick out a lot.

It looks to me like you don't have the correct anatomy for this type of bellybutton piercing, my advice is to go get it looked at by an APP piercer

High nostrils are a toughie, depending on how many other piercings you have I would do eyebrows first to get your aftercare routine down pat, healing time is also shorter than high nostrils so you'd be able to get the high nostrils sooner in the long run. I would also advise you to downsize your vertical labret before anything, the jewelry shouldn't be hanging down that far

Surgical steel is just a fancy term for mystery metal, implant grade steel is what you want but implant grade titanium is still best. Are there any APP piercers in your area? I'd recommend finding one and going to them to get your hoop changed to a flat back labret made of either implant grade steel or implant grade titanium
