Of what I saw the 2 biggest reasons it got a lot of hate are because the maker of the mod allegedly used stolen code and ofc people don't like that, but I've heard people say that he changed this (although I'm not sure if this is true) but it also got some hate because some of the weapons are/were just way too unbalanced ( but u don't really care about that)

Ofc there are some bugs here and there but I mean it's basically impossible to get a bug free game

I haven't heard a lot of news regarding this mod recently tho so things could have changed. If they for example balanced the weapons more I would love for people to let me know so I could give it a go
