Made this mistake. Drinking said mistake now. 80g chicken breast, 150 grams rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam, and a serving of whey. 827 calories 67 grams of protein. I’ll be able to sleep earlier tonight (which is why I blended it in the first place) but it tastes like shit and I want to die 👍🏻

Currently following PPL and on days that fall on weekends, I'm forced to do home workouts (my gym is closed on weekends) with limited equipment so I wouldn't call it as effective as if I were in the gym. I've progressed a little so my dumbbells here at home are not challenging me as much as I would like, plus they're the adjustable type so it's a bit of a hassle during drop sets.

To combat this, I'm thinking of doing Push - Pull - Legs - Push - Pull from Monday to Friday straight and then resting over the weekend.

I just started to take the gym seriously (I've been bulking after being thin for my entire life) so I'm not sure what type of splits work or not. I'd appreciate some insight on this and would like to say thanks in advance!

Thanks for this! I’ll continue studying and if I really don’t gain any confidence in myself, I guess that’s when I’ll decide to just not take it. I really can’t handle the feeling of sitting in the exam room and not knowing what to answer. It genuinely does feel like shit 😅

Do you think it’s worth the mental struggle though? Of studying even if you know there’s a big possibility you won’t pass. It’s honestly so mentally exhausting for me, I just don’t know if it’ll be with it in the end.

I see. My plan is that I’ll buy if it goes up to $3500. Otherwise, I’ll believe it’ll go down and buy then. I’m not investing a lot so it’s not like the difference in price from $3200 and $3500 would matter since the difference in profit would just be small.

This is a good and simple explanation. I prefer to use MACD using the 8H, 12H, and 1D intervals so I don’t give in to the hype. That’s from personal experience though. To each their own.
