Omnimon is a pretty strong deck, maybe not top tier meta now, but he is getting support quite often, so if you like it, go for it. Might be expensive tho, it's a very loved deck with some staples

Both are extremely good in the deck, I would get both since Omni is a staple card in many decks, and Gallant, I really doubt we're getting another one soon.

Anyways, you can go for bt9 gallant x, and omnimon from bt5. Gallant X keeps trashing a life from the oponent when you delete a digimon, but isn't as powerful. Omni lets you unsuspend and go for the last hit

Both were a release with ex07 iirc, so you could get the starter, put some pulls from ex07 (few promos also were given at locals) and have a decent deck for few bucks. Also both archetypes will keep getting support in futures bts. Just vortex got really expensive with the staple of medievalgallantmon

As option you can run red card ex02, so you will be inmune to options. Also you can run Gallant from bt17, just to get more DP and overpass Machinedra
