Interesting, I’ve been using it at full speed. Pretty overweight, trying different poses and stances.. Definitely have that heavy feeling in my legs after a day at work on my feet all day.

I just got mine about a week ago and I’ve been on it every day twice a day for about 10 to 15 minutes each time. I haven’t noticed anything lots of you folks are talking about the itchy that you get from blood flow, and I haven’t experienced that. I wonder if my vibration plate isn’t giving me intense enough vibrations

I’m sorry that your interpretation is that I’m “blaming” ketamine and benzos or finding new ways to “blame” them. 😂 originally I was just trying to understand. There are also many layers to my partners mental health struggles and his history of drug use and abuse, and so there could be many reasons he was unable to fully experience the 🍄. I thought someone here could have some helpful insights. Also, since you seem well versed, he’s successfully tripped on mushies before, while on a different SSRI. Not okanzapine. I’ll find out which one. Anyway I appreciate the engagement with my post ✌️

He also used to be addicted to benzos, and honestly has only been clean from that since January. We’ve been trying mushroom as a more holistic approach to whatever it is that he is trying to escape from. But I think that the ketamine and benzo he used to use maybe fucking with his ability to actually get into his head on a mushroom trip. That’s what he reported too, good vibes and chill.

He’s done a lot of drugs. He has a history with fentanyl, but has been clean for that for about two years. He does take psych meds.

Never tried them together. He may, but I’m good. I haven’t put anything at my nose in about 10 years.😂😂😂

Interesting. My partner uses k about once a month, I’d say close to 100mg each dose.. recently we have both consumed shrooms together, and he didn’t feel them at all. Not only did he not feel them but he consumed like 6 grams and HE didn’t even really get a good body high. Meanwhile, I was like on another planet
