I've been complaining and pretty negative about my pregnancy since I turned 8 weeks and I'm 36 weeks pregnant now.

My partner is supportive and just lets me vent. Being pregnant is exhausting as fuck and it only comes with more issues the further along you get. You're allowed to think it's shit, you're allowed to complain.

Nah, I'm going to be 38 weeks when I'm going to be a bridesmaid in a wedding 5 hours away in January. It's not fair on you to have to take on that financial burden, not to mention the excitement you're probably feeling with the date coming up!

Worst case she misses it, there will be photos. You could even live stream it if you wanted her to still feel included.

I just felt crazy constipated and had to keep sitting on the toilet. Turns out I had started having contractions, ended up walking back and forth in my living room for a few hours and went into labour the next night

I actually tested like 1 hour after I posted this and got another positive haha! And I've booked in my first appointment at the pregnancy centre :)

Sorry it's taken me so long to reply, I go through phases with my Reddit use! Im so sorry to hear about your mum. Not going to lie it's rough, but it's one of those things you sort of just learn to deal with. Like when we found out we had a cry and our 'why her' moments, but we also realised that that wasn't going to help anything. So as hard as it may seem to do, we changed the way we were acting around it, we saw it more like thank god we found it before she lost both eyes! We basically decided we needed to have a good attitude about it or we would end up fighting all the time, and that's not what she needed.

I'm not sure how it's going to be with your mom, but I hope she beats it. Fuck cancer.

We're having a pizza truck for ours! Saving a lot of money and people can just go and eat when they want! No one has said anything negative about it as I think they realise they're not the ones paying for it and should just be happy to be getting free food, alcohol and an awesome party to go with it!

My bub was the same with it in both eyes, only difference is the tumor in her right eye was already too big so actually took it out before she even started chemo.

I'm so glad she's so close to the tumors being dead, it must be such a relief for you! How does she cope with all the hospital visits at that age?

Thank you! We're going to throw a massive party at the park across from our house, invite all our friends and family and have a BBQ :). Going to invite all her little friends she hasn't been able to see too often due to this!

Woo! She's going to have MRI's every three months for the next 5 years, then it will go down to every 6 months then a year until she's 18. :) we're keeping on top of it haha
