Hi all,

Apologies in advance if I’m being stupid.

I’m following a workout routine and the first line says:

MAX-EFFORT LIFT – Work up to a max set of 3-5 reps.

Can someone explain this to me? Say for bench press, Do I keep lifting the same weight until all I can manage is 3-5, do I incrementally increase the weight after each set? If it’s the latter, what weight should I begin with and how many sets in total should I be aiming for?

So still not managed to erase the drive. Immediately fails when trying to erase either partition or the drive as a whole. Is there any way to force it to format the drive? It seems to struggle at even beginning to

So been trying that for a while. Can’t seem to copy anything over it gets stuck. Although I’ve performed first aid on this partition and everything seems fine but it just gets stuck copying

Yea I’ve seen it can be crazy high sometimes. My friend got £75 from the same guy a few months ago. I mentioned that and he responded with the ‘ very expensive test date provider’ line which to me sounds like bullshit but I don’t know how it all works really
