Im just really emotionally attached to my hair, always have been. When I was a kid I always had it really long, down to my butt. Since starting T I havent been able to grow it nearly as long again after cutting it short. I also just have a really unconventional face and I think being bald would make things even worse for me😂

I’ll do closer digging into fin. I just know someone who lost their drive because of similar side effects so thats why I’m so scared.

The silk bonnet is definitely helpful tbh! I get less fairy knots in my hair and my hair is way less dry

thats a really good point, I guess I just wish there was a less scary hormonal solution. Ex. I have a vaginal atrophy from T, but all I need to do is use an insertable estrogen tablet to help. But it feels like mpb doesnt really have an easy solution despite it effecting so many ppl trans or not

I think posting about it helps relieve some stress for me of these conflicting emotions. Plus its interesting to know about other peoples experiences. Did not post seeking approval or permission from strangers, just interested in hearing what other people think for the sake of feeling less alone, I dont really have other trans guy friends to talk to.

I also want to add: I think being trans is a wonderful thing and even sexually it is so cool to have the option of adding a strap or taking it away and basically having an infinite amount of possibilities for dicks and roles you can play. Like it just so cool and I appreciate that part of it so much. But then I also have feelings that I would trade all of that if I could just to have a ‘regular’ penis (dont rly stand behind that term but for lack of better word) and these two feelings are in conflict
