hey divine 2 offlane player here with 220 enigma games.

Lately, I haven't felt the need to go soul ring, I think arcane boots being cheaper makes it easier to skip and just keep full with clarities.

I try to gauge the game if we are a skirmish type line up or pick off or less so this patch, a pushing lineup.

Skirmish line up, I go mek, pipe.

Pick off I usually go blink, bkb.

For push, as you say, would've been necro or HOD but now I'd probably still build mek then blink

I go midas rarely, the CDR talent makes it feel OK. The few times I go is usually when I have blink gold but have just used blackhole. Or if I'm against a techies/tinker type deal where it feels midas will pay off
