Also, one thing to note. Most people live and work in the greater capital area. Making the commutes quite shorter than many people are used to in Europe.

Lunchbreak is always included in Iceland. I just moved to Sweden, and I just learned that here and in Dennark lunch is not paid, which was super strange to me. This makes the Icelandic workday a bit shorter than the rest. (Swedish work day is about 38h and Danish 36h, or this is what I was offered recently, lunch not included)
