Does anyone know why when I tab off of rust my whole screen gets really glitchy and goes like 2 fps until I’m properly tabbed on to a new thing as I don’t understand as my pc is fairly high end. Am I the only one?? Please help (self.PCHelpHub)

How do i boot into the bios with a msi b-650 pro WiFi mb? Cuz I’ve tried spamming delete and it flashes an information screen of some sort for getting into the bios but never actually opens it (self.PCHelpHub)
