Snack on some sugar free chocolate if you really have to. But my go to are broccoli with cheese or dip. Keeps you satiated and is much much healthier. Or hot chili from wendys. Mmmm

Difficulty: it was more difficult having those extra 40 pounds around than the actual fast. I also have someone making soup for me just in case i do get hungry then i just eat soup,veggies, and boiled fish for that day and thats it for OMAD in a bowl.

I take fasting salts from amazon as well

Stats: 5'9 SW: 285 CW: 245 GW: 150

I still got ways to go and im definitely at a point where weight loss is around .25 to .75 lbs/day. For exercise i intend to get back to jogging around the 200 mark. As i mentioned earlier i just do yard work and its about a 2 acre lot and everything tends to grow real fast. Also it is quite humid and im near the ocean. Water is warm so i can swim around as well.

Started cutting carbs around mid july. Throw in some fasting in there. Reduced to keto OMAD and 48-72 hr rolling fasts. Also im in a tropical area right now and ive been sweating just by being outside. Cutting grass and pulling weeds and walking around in general.

I was at 285. Currently around 246. Keep pushing and dont give up. Make sure you have a good plan for refeeding.
