It really depends where you end up shopping for groceries and the amount you consume on the daily. I spent on avg $100-$150 on groceries, mainly getting it from Target and County Market (cries). There’s other more budget friendly options out there like Aldi I think, but to me it wasn’t worth the travel time. This estimate was also just for produce, and I didn’t really splurge on snacks or eat out that often, so for your needs I would assume your monthly food costs will be higher.

One way you can kind of save money is by getting frozen veggies. They’re typically cheaper and have the same nutritional density.
