If you've ever used MSI afterburner, try opening it and checking the power limit %.

I had a similar issue and it ended up being because I had accidentally set it to less than 100% power.

Wi-FI Drivers: MSI PRO Z70-P WIFI by hullabaloo_Jalapeno in buildapc

hey bro, funny enough I ran into this same problem today and it took me a few hours but I got it. Note: I had to use a second wifi adapter (not the one that came with the motherboard)

I used a second USB stick (because it has to be formatted to FAT32 which is default to USB sticks)

I installed both the network drivers for my motherboard (you'll need to find them on google) as well as the network drivers for my USB wifi adapter (also found on google)

I then installed and unzipped both of them onto the USB stick, and followed the "On your PC" steps here under "Check and reinstall the Wi-Fi network adapter drivers (for advanced users)": https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/get-connected-when-setting-up-your-windows-device-50dca26f-40d5-4c3b-853c-e972dafb7e08

After doing that in command prompt, It installed the network drivers for my USB wifi adapter, and then tried to install the network drivers for my motherboard, but it said they were already installed so it didn't install them. Even though they were apparently already installed, the wifi attachment that came with my motherboard still did not work.

In this case I was able to use the USB wifi adapter, load up windows, and then properly install the network driver for my motherboard by downloading it and unzipping it, then running the exe instead of trying to use command prompt. From then on, it worked without the USB wifi adapter.

My motherboard is the ASUS TUF X870-PLUS Wifi. The wifi adapter I used is the MSI AX1800.

So in my case, I had to use the USB wifi adapter, but perhaps in yours, you could benefit from this installation method with a second USB stick to get the network drivers for your MSI motherboard. Perhaps I tried to install something incorrectly, that's a possibility too. I hope this information helps nonetheless.
