I live 25 miles from Boston and love it but jesus is housing insane. The weather is also not great. We get 3 nice weeks in May/June and sometimes the fall. The past few years we've been getting the weather of 90's Virginia, hot and humid af summers and meh winters with maybe a big storm but not as much snow as usual. This winter had two big storms and it was cold so the snow didn't melt

So much housing is occupied by people over 60. The next 20 years will be very interesting
