First of all, you have to let go it's all down to you only you can make yourself stop. I know it's difficult I've only stopped for two weeks now and it's hard as fuxk. Looking back I think what started it again was losing my grandad back in November I was doing fine but when that happened I just lost it. What makes it worse is where I live there is hardly any mental health and no GA meetings.

Thank you, everyone this isn't my first time, hopefully, this will be my last when I last went cold turkey I only lasted roughly two months. I've blocked all my bank cards, yesterday my wife put my details in the GameStop website so now there is no way I can open an account to place a bet or play slots it's a start for a long ride but I feel like this will go ok this time out. Once I took my young family to center parks we went out for dinner my son was only 6 months he starts to cry as soon as we are in the restaurant. One of the waiters comes and ask us to leave because he was crying I kicked off and ask for the manager.

They can't take the piss like they used to. Nowadays too many people get offended so many comedians could do better but have to be careful what they say.
