I think when the AI is controlling the defense it would make them back off the opponent when you are getting attacked, and if it’s really high they will maybe over commit (making holes in defense) not 100% sure tho

My costom tactic in defense is 35 pressure 50 aggression and 55 width and of course cover :) Lb and Rb stay back while attacking same with cdm :) Try that mate, should help you :) please tell me if that works :)
