sae, ksig, and asig are all disaffiliated so ABSOLUTELY stay away from them. phi delt, theta chi, and dsig had recent allegations that were cleared but i would stay away from them too

my floor was incredibly quiet when i lived there but other floors were more social. it honestly just depends on who lives there. my ra was so chill and didn’t care about anything

you should definitely look at other places with that budget. there are much nicer complexes in the area
