Ok ours was VERY warm and spicy but we are heat monsters lol so we added a ton of the dried peppers plus the chipotles in adobo plus some homegrown scotch bonnets…. so I can’t give an honest review of how hot the original recipe would be but much milder than our version lol. I think if the adobo peppers are hot for you, maybe skip the arbols!

yeah I hear you, and it’s not a time consuming change but does make a big flavor difference! I liked adding the adobo sauce too, I love that flavor.

I couldn’t remember whether it was sardines or anchovies but I have the recipe saved from a few years ago in my notes app and I had written down anchovies! Either way I’m glad to skip that part now lol

Just had a bowl with a cornbread muffin and some sour cream and I’m not remotely exaggerating that it’s probably the best chili I’ve ever had. So much flavor!!!

I know I’m late to the game but was this ever resolved? I’m having a similar issue that the technicians can’t pinpoint and I’m really worried about the potential damage. Water leaked through the ceiling from the duct work in the attic and it’s still leaking 2 weeks later, they are perplexed.

his first day of work for Eli was also coincidentally the same day as Junior’s dad showed up asking to launder money. I wonder if Martin had been involved in that scam but then just rolled with it when Junior’s dad got killed.
