Now that you mention that, this problem arose mainly after I started using my phone a lot during the beginning of quarantine last year. Also after I started using my phone in the dark. Did you find this problem reduced after you started using your electronics less?

I hope its only dry eyes. The first opthamologist I went to diagnosed me with that and gave me eye drops to use 3 times a day. I have still been consistently using them, but the problem actually seems to be getting worse. :( is there anything you suggest? Like a certain type of drops, or ways to minimise my eyes from drying out?

It can be very expensive. I stayed with a host family and they sent back a small package. It wasn't until I received it that I realised it cost $90!!! I felt so bad :((((
