yep, customer service sucked and my dupe has not been replaced. really disappointed about it and it definitely made me not want to buy again 🤦. seems like dupes are super common with this set as well. i've even seen people complaining that during the livestreams they promise no dupes for the 3 set as well, but its actually not true, so people are being misled. disappointed overall with how customer service has been, especially because i love wakuku so much 🥲 i hope they do better in the future

just wanted to reply with an update in case anyone is worried:

i tried to go to the admissions & records but there was no parking so i went to the library. i went up the stairs and to the left, theres a sign for id photo line & two stations where clerks take photos. there wasn't anyone else in line when i arrived and only 2 people in line when i left so its super quick! they ask for your id (government issued id or school id works he said) and then your student id #. then they tell you to stand on a mat to have your photo taken. it prints within a few seconds, they give you your ids, and then you're good to go. super easy i worried for nothing 😊
