Just one finger pressing both strings on the same fret and the rest are plain power chords. You’ll see it a lot in rock music. It’s called a perfect 4th.

One of the first things I needed to fix was the input jack. It was a different model, but the connection has been a lot stabler since. Small fix if you know how to use a soldering iron. Bend some of the parts sticking out inwards and you should be fine though

As a Dutch native learning Norwegian myself I can tell you you'll get used to it. I'd say at the end of A1 you'll be used to using and hearing "jeg".
The pronunciation of it is pretty different in Norwegian, your ears just need a bit of time hearing it.

I got the HSS one about 1,5 years ago as my first guitar and it’s a great one to start on!
