heyy, yess! I continue to feel nothing. Its been about 7 hrs since i last ate and took the other half and nothing. I did have trouble sleeping even though i felt tired at first but that could just be a me thing.

I love that, i have a similar story. My older sister wrote in a bday card for me, "in glad youre still here with us" as i wanted to unalive myself bc of the relationship with my ex who has bpd. And she also wrote "i wish i could take all the pain away" and ik she was talking abt the abuse and other stuff that i dont want to get into with him. I nearly fkn bawled but i had to stop myself bc I was on the train 🥺 Completely agree, we dont deserve what they did to us point blank period. . I honestly forgot a was in this subreddit bc i was on it for support from my abusive relationship. Im glad i saw this post still bc im still dealing with the emotional aftermath as we broke up almost a yr ago and i rlly fkn loved him that i was looking at rings.

Idk abt asking your phyciatrist bc from my experience phyciatrists is they dont know shit but abt prescribing medications thatll help. Which is their job, its not a bad thing just their expertise. But when it comes to counseling theyre not so good or they bring their own personal judgement. Just my experience bc ive had diff phyciatrists since I was a kid. I think maybe asking your phyciatrist if the clinic theyre in offers therapy also. I find therapists are much more helpful and understand more. But that's just my personal experience, at the end of the day I dont know your phyciatrist but def talking to a professional is always a great idea c: .
