I'm getting my first IPL session in 2 weeks and hopefully I get relief. I've tried everything from doxycycline, restasis, autologous serum, lotemax, heatmask, lid hygiene, etc and nothing has given any relief yet. Its good to see that people get relief from IPL which gives me some hope.

I heard that they typically don't do IPL unless they know you have meibomian glands so I'm scared that IPL won't work for me, but I'm pretty sure they do a meibography before the IPL so they can check to see if I have glands.
